Kimjang was also recognized as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO in 2013. 





According to Health Magazine, this South Korean dish is one of the five healthiest food in the world. 👍 It has several beneficial bacteria that aid in digestion, and the gochu garu (chilli powder) makes it a great source of vitamin C.





Kimchi is made of various vegetables and contains a high concentration of dietary fiber,while being low in calories. The vegetables used in kimchi also contribute to intake of vitamin A, thiamine (B1), riboflavin (B2), calcium, and iron.

Have you tried "Jja-jang-myeon"? Jja-jang-myeon Have you heard "Steak Ramdon (called Jjapaguri)" from the K-movie, "PARASITE"???
